Junior Enlisted Committee
Gives junior enlisted members a voice and builds future leaders.
MISSION
Promote the welfare of junior enlisted members, give them a voice in the association, and develop the association's future leaders.
WHO SERVES
A chair and vice chair appointed by the president, plus one Army and one Air Guard member from each region or chapter. The president serves as an ex-officio member.
Core responsibilities
- Advise and recommend to the board policies that improve the efficiency and welfare of all junior enlisted
- Promote understanding between Army and Air Guard junior enlisted
- Present a report at the annual conference
