Make every conference successful by setting standards, keeping the conference SOP current and supporting each year's host.

A chair and vice chair, plus additional members as needed — often including past hosts.

- Recommend conference requirements to the board
- Maintain the conference standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Advise the chapter or state hosting the conference
- Present a report at the annual conference
