MISSION
Record, collect and preserve the association's history, so its achievements and lessons aren't lost.
WHO SERVES
A chair and vice chair, the association's past presidents, and one Army and one Air Guard member from each region.
Core responsibilities
- Advise and recommend to the board policies to record, collect and maintain the association's history
- Present a report at the annual conference

- Collect conference programs, minutes, photos, awards and newsletters each year
- Scan paper records and store them in a shared, backed-up archive

- Work with the secretary on records retention
